Heres how to change the language:
1) Open up the registry (Go to run then type regedit).
2) Double click HKEYLOCALMACHINE
3) Double click software.
4) Locate your installation folder (Default LucasArts) then open SW:TFU2
5) Double click the language entry which will be 'ru' default and change to 'en' for english.
