Si chiama "Radio Oltre" la radio web dell'Istituto dei ciechi Cavazza di Bologna.  L'obiettivo è di fornire, in primo luogo, informazioni sui servizi e sugli ausili per i non vedenti, e per le persone con altre disabilità.

Tra i programmi con più seguito ci sono "Sportissimo" e "Acusticamente", rassegna di cantautori e musicisti con disabilità che quest'anno ha proposto un tributo a Ray Charles. Molto importanti sono anche le serate di lettura, nelle quali vengono letti ad alta voce alcuni romanzi.  L'ambizione degli organizzatori di Radio Oltre è anche di offrire nuove opportunità di lavoro integrative per non vedenti, come per esempio il tecnico di regia, il redattore o il conduttore.
E'  possibile ascoltare le trasmissioni in streaming, in diretta, oppure dal podcast, scaricandole dall'archivio sul sito Internet della radio (http://www.radiooltre.it/)
